WHERE AND HOW ARE AM DORFPLATZ 8 PRODUCTS PRODUCED?

Our products come directly from our farm in southern Styria. Our fruit is picked by hand from our own orchards and is, of course, processed without preservatives.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Orders are processed on receipt of prepayment. Once we receive your payment, we ship your order to you without delay!

WHAT COUNTRIES DOES AM DORFPLATZ 8 DELIVER TO?

We currently send Am Dorfplatz 8 products within Austria and to Germany, Italy and the UK. Other countries available on request.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

Shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination country. Orders are shipped by DPD with special handling as fragile items and insured up to a value of EUR 520.00 so that everything arrives intact. Shipping is free of charge with a minimum order of EUR 49.00 for orders shipped within Austria and with a minimum order of EUR 99.00 for orders shipped to Germany.

CAN I BUY AM DORFPLATZ 8 PRODUCTS ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES THE ONLINE SHOP?

Am Dorfplatz 8 products are also available at: – Kugler Feinkost / Taxetstraße 5 / 85599 Parsdorf / Germany

We also sell our products directly from our farm in Weitendorf in southern Styria. We welcome visitors! Please let us know if you would like to stop in so that we can plan to be home. We also accept orders by phone and e-mail.

CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS?

Returns and cancellations are addressed in our General Terms and Conditions. To return a product, please use the cancellation form provided at www.amdorfplatz8.at.

DOES AM DORFPLATZ 8 DELIVER TO COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS?

If you would like to order larger volumes of our products for your company or restaurant or would like to carry our products at your own shop, please contact us at hier@amdorfplatz8.at.
